BIIF Guidelines for Spectators for Athletic Events

Aloha Parents/Guardians of Dragon Athletes

Please read the following guidelines from the Big Island Interscholastic Federation (BIIF) regarding spectators for athletic events. This guidance will be in effect on October 23, 2021, for Cross Country athletes and October 25, 2021, for Football and GirlsVolleyball athletes

Each player (GirlsVolleyball, Football, and Cheerleading) will submit up to two fully vaccinated guest names to his/her respective coach 24 hours before their scheduled game. The coach will then submit all names to the Athletic Director for potential gate entrance

All prearranged guests will need to bring their ID and vaccination card upon entry into the school venue. Once the guests ID and vaccination card have been validated they will proceed to the area to make a payment to watch the said game on campus. All home volleyball games will be held in the Lester Bryan Armory. Seating for home visitors will be on the Makai Wall, and visitor seating will be on Waipio wall. All home football games will be held on the HHIS football field. Prearranged visitors will ONLY be permitted to sit in the newly covered bleachers

Should you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 7758800.
