Summer Regatta Practice with Kawaihae Canoe Club

Calling all Honokaʻa High and Intermediate School students! Are you ready to hit the water, challenge yourself, stay fit and strong, and have fun this summer? Kawaihae Canoe Club is forming teams for the upcoming regatta races, and we want you to be a part of it!

Practices have already started on February 12th, but don’t worry, you can still join in! Honokaʻa High and Intermediate paddlers can start at 4:15 pm to support the time to get to Kawaihae.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Who: Honokaʻa High and Intermediate School students
  • What: Kawaihae Canoe Club summer regatta practices
  • When: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting February 12th
    • Honokaʻa paddlers: 4:15 pm – 5:00 pm
    • All other young paddlers: 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Where: Kawaihae Canoe Club small boat harbor
  • Contact: Kumu Uʻilani, room P-13 (if you have any questions or concerns)
